The buyer of this product acknowledges that if the product is not assembled correctly, the product is void of future warranty claims.

The buyer of this product acknowledges that the product requires regular checks and thorough maintenance to qualify for parts warranty.

The seller A e-bikes and Sur-Ron Australia will uphold the warranty terms stated by the manufacturer of the product sold (SUR-RON), once approved by the manufacturer.

In the event a manufacturer’s warranty exists and is approved, it is accepted that under no circumstances shall the buyer be liable for any labor charged to diagnose/repair the issue. Costs involved in freight of parts are at the buyers expense.

The buyer of the products Sur-Ron Light Bee X (off-road) and Sur-Ron Australia Light Bee L1e, acknowledges and releases the Seller (A e-Bikes Pty Ltd and Sur-Ron Australia) from any liability for personal injury or damages occurred related to use of the product.

The buyer releases the seller A e-Bikes Pty Ltd and Sur-Ron Australia from any liabilities (expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise) that may occur from the use of product.

If the buyer believes that there are legal ramifications, they will pursue the actual manufacturer of the product (SUR-RON) or the insurance company (Allianz).
