This warranty applies to the physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Sur-Ron Australia and A e-Bikes Pty Ltd.

What does this warranty cover?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the "Warranty Period".

During the "Warranty Period", Sur-Ron Australia and A e-Bikes Pty Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

How long does the coverage last?

The manufacturer's warranty period for physical goods purchased from Sur-Ron Australia and A e-Bikes Pty Ltd are:

• 12 Month Warranty - Battery, Controller and Charger (Defects on battery's capacity or any other quality failures of battery. Un-solvable failure for charger and controller).

Warranty is void if failures are caused by incorrect operations or if the battery is un-sealed.

• 12 Month Warranty - Motor Assembly (Defects on motor, and failures for motor's running).

Warranty is void if failures are caused by incorrect operations.

• 12 Month Warranty - Body parts (frames, rear fork, etc).

Warranty does not cover tyres, tubes, brake pads or chains.

When is the warranty void?

The warranty will be void if the products are damaged, misused, or tampered with from the original state that the bike was delivered.
